Sales Team Leader required by an Award-Winning, Experiential Tour Operator based in Bristol. You will lead a small team of Asia Specialist Travel Consultants , mentoring and driving them to success. Salary 30/40k plus great bonus and benefits
Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries and distribute to the team
- Plan and carry out training to the team an coach and mentor them on an ongoing basis
- Motivate and Inspire the team to be successful in their roles
- Provide support and knowledge to clients
- Be part of the recruitment process when required
Sales Team Leader Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Sales, preferably travel sales
- First-hand extensive knowledge of South East Asia and/or Japan
- People Management experience
Sales Team Leader Additional Information:
