I am currently recruiting for an Office Administrator, to help support my client due to growth.
This role is held within a small team and the ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
Day to day life as an Office Administrator -
- Answering telephone calls and queries – directing calls to the relevant departments.
- Maintaining filing and storage systems within the office.
- Maintaining and monitoring office stock; ordering extra supplies when necessary.
- General administrative tasks and supporting the team with projects when needed.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements to work as an Office Administrator –
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both via email and over the phone.
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Previous experience within an office administration role is desired however, not essential.
- Excellent IT Skills.
Extra information for the Office Administrator position –
- Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
- Ability to work on a Hybrid basis after successful probation.
- £26,000 Annual Salary.
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
