Forklift Counterbalance - Role and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered
- Carry out effective communications
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Moving Goods packed or in crates around the storage facility
- stacking goods in the correct bays
- loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- help unload and load by hand if and when necessary
Forklift Counterbalance - Skills and Experience:
- Must have the relevant documents - (Forklift counterbalance certificate/card)
- Pallet network experience
- Excellent level of English written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative when under pressure.
- A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
- A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
