People Data Analyst - Prestigious Law Firm - Bristol or Remote

Ryder Reid Legal is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join one of our prestigious law firm clients People Operations Team at their Bristol office. This role focuses on maintaining and supporting our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for HRIS queries and issues.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data.
  • Create and update system documentation to enhance user proficiency.
  • Assist with data cleansing, system updates, and integrations.
  • Maintain reporting lines and manage cyclical events.
  • Support the rollout of new HRIS modules and automate people processes.
  • Generate reports and analyse HR data for decision-making and compliance.
  • Develop self-serve reporting dashboards.
  • Respond to third-party data requests and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT on cross-functional data.

Requirements:

  • Previous HRIS experience, ideally with SAP Success Factors.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (vlookups, formulae, pivot tables).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
