Credit Controller (4 day working week pilot) - Bromley - £32,000 plus excellent benefits!
My client, a bespoke residential Block Management firm based in Bromley, are seeking a Credit Controller to play a pivotal part in managing their finances, ensuring seamless credit control processes, and reconciling bank accounts with precision.

For the last year, the company have been trialling out the four day work week pilot, they foresee this continuing however this is subject to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Receipting payments made by lessees to their service charge account.
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Overseeing arrears and actioning credit control procedures
- Answering service charge and credit control queries from leaseholders
- Transferring funds where required
- General bookkeeping for invoices, receipts, cheques, utility payments and other supplier payments
- Work with other team members and solicitors on debt recovery
Skills and attributes:
- Credit control or accounts experience within the property industry is essential
