We are looking for a gardener/ ride on mower to join a team in Harlow. The company provide a range of services to their customers in the Harlow area. This role falls within the Environmental Services team.
The responsibility of the gardener is to provide a range of grounds maintenance services. This role involves a lot of team work.
THE ROLE:
- Weed control and pruning
- Assist in the maintenance and care of gardens and outdoor spaces,
- Using machinery. Equipment safely in line with H&S
- Maintaining grass/green areas, cleaning debris and rubbish
- Preparation and cultivating seedlings
- Use power tools and hand tools to trim
- Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and raking
- Planting- including floral displays.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Gardening experience including planting and pruning
- Good knowledge of H&S
- Good communication skills to be able to work in a team
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- A valid driving licence.
This role will be temp to begin with, for at least 12 weeks. This is 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (7.30am start)
