Management Information Systems Business Officer

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

Day to day duties of the role

  • Provide Guidance and assistance to all College staff in the provision of and access to information to support the learner experience.
  • Provide proactive support, advice, and underpinning systems to managers to allow deliver of an excellent and innovative provision for our learners.
  • Maintain Knowledge of funding methodologies, rules, and regulations requirements across all funding Streams.
  • Ensure that the input and maintenance of enrolments is accurate whilst working to significant time pressures.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Willing to undergo appropriate training relevant to the job role - to include annual CPD surrounding regulatory and audit compliance.
  • Qualified to Level 3 within a relative discipline, i.e. business, data management, finance or systems.
  • Advanced Excel Skills - the ability to perform complex pivots, look ups and construct rules- based reports.
  • Evidence of an understanding of all funding methodologies within Further and Higher Education.
