We're looking for:
- Deep knowledge of packaging materials and processes
- Proven track record in NPD (New Product Development), packaging optimisation, and renovation
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, and bottling processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A passion for sustainable solutions and reducing environmental impact
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and an innovative mindset
- A packaging qualification (preferred)

A detail-oriented, proactive team player who can juggle multiple projects at once. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, are comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels, and love seeing a project through from concept to completion.
