They are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their dedicated Accounting & Finance team in Manchester on an interim basis.
Description
- Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Managing company expenses and updating records regularly.
- Liaising with suppliers and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Assisting in month-end closure of accounts payable records.
- Maintaining digital and physical financial records.
- Participating in financial audits as required.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Adhering to all company policies and regulations.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- The ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Job Offer
