Zenith People are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Clerk/Bookkeeper to join our clients business in Sunderland. The role is an office based role working alongside team of project managers.
The role involves the following tasks:
- Producing timesheets using Sage
- Calculate wages from timesheets
- Making wage payments
- Processing holiday pay
- Using Sage Line 50
- Input Supplier Invoices
- Producing Customer Invoices
- Producing aged debtor and credit reports
- Reconcile all accounts and transactions
- Assist with Cash flow projections
- Placing orders for materials
- Assisting project managers with administrative duties
- Assisting with reception duties when needed
Skills:
- Must have experience of working in a similar role
- Must have experience of using Sage Line 50
- Fully experienced with Excel/Word
- Must be fully flexible with a can do attitude
