Hays supports housing providers throughout Coventry that offer supported housing to those who would otherwise be deemed homeless. As well as providing housing, these services also support independent living, benefits support, access to services in the community & providing key worker sessions in line with individual support plans.
Your new role
The role as a Housing Support Worker at Hays will require you to attend multiple services and support the clients in line with their support plans and further information that is presented by the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for Housing Support roles, you will have previous experience of working within a supported housing environment where you have worked with service users in achieving positive outcomes in line with their support expectations. You will also have good knowledge of housing in order to provide further information to support where required.
