Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Corporate Growth team based in London. The client is a dynamic, cross-functional, collaborative team made up of global communications, marketing, events, strategy, web development and design.

We are seeking a talented and motivated product marketing manager to join their team.

You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end delivery of projects and for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification and to a high-quality standard. You will be a key member of the team and will maintain day-to-day cross-department relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, its products and the marketing needs of each business unit and communicate those to the team.
  • Define and articulate customer-led value propositions, positioning, compelling proof points for the Group's products
  • Lead content development, production and execution of marketing and client communications materials
  • Partner with regional and local country teams to leverage or develop assets for marketing and client communications
  • Maintain operational project ownership and drive projects through from start to finish.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and function as a key day-to-day contact and interface to the team.
  • Lead and ensure a clear briefing process and facilitate the development process of projects working with corporate growth team members.
  • Lead and coordinate integrated responses to briefs across the team.
  • Oversee and monitor the operational aspects of the team and ensure a symbiotic relationship with the various departments.
  • Co-ordinate and support the team on project delivery working across the business and international offices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working within professional and financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent study relevant to job specifications
  • Strong project management or account management experience
  • People management experience
  • A natural collaborator, proactive in building relationships and forming connections across a company.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and demands on your time and delegate work where appropriate.
  • Great attention to detail and high-quality standards
  • An articulate communicator, able to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders and translate complex concepts into compelling content.
  • Some CRM knowledge and understanding of customer journey.
  • A high understanding of financial services products and services
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Proactive attitude
