Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the scheduling of appointments and maintaining accurate customer data in the company's systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with customers, field engineers, and account managers to efficiently schedule work using the in-house system
- Confirming engineer appointments through email or phone communication
- Updating and maintaining the CRM software as required
- Managing the field engineers' calendar, including downtime for vehicle servicing, holidays, and sick days
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role
- Knowledge of the wastewater industry

- CRM software
Due to the location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
