An Outstanding Secondary School in Brent are searching for a Music Teacher / Head of Music to lead their popular Music Department. As the Head of Music, you will be leading a popular department of two other Music Teachers, as well as specialists such as a Singing Teacher, String Tutor & Percussion Tutor.
This Outstanding school offers Music from KS3-KS5 with around 10% of students in Year 7 receiving Music Scholarships. The school boasts modern, purpose-built facilities through-out including their Creative Arts Department. This including two music rooms, a drama studio, performance area and dance studio which enables them to offer:
- Instrument lessons for all pupils
- Enrichment clubs including big band, choir and steel pans
- Open music studio and practice rooms for GCSE & A Level
- Various performance opportunities throughout the year including festivals, celebrations, whole-school concerts and more.
