Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and provide excellent customer service.
The Role:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate information to inquiries over the phone and in-person
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks as required
About You:
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will be friendly and professional with great organisation skills
- Multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly and approachable demeanour with a professional attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
