The Finance Manager role is an opportunity to join a progressive fast growing Real Estate company. Working across functions, business partnering with stakeholders, owning the month end process and coordinating with operational finance. Based in Central London in a modern open location.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ownership for financial controlling and reporting
- Day to day oversight of the Accounts Assistant
- Preparing timely and accurate reporting on a periodic and ad hoc basis
- Preparation and submission of VAT and CIS returns.
- Business partnering and variance analysis with budget holders on cashflow and P&L expenditure.
- Analysing and providing commentary on business activities, month-end results and budgets
- Assisting with and maintaining an integrated forecasting and business planning process.
- Assisting with input into regular P&L and cash flow reforecasts and the annual budget process
Required skillset and experience:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Real Estate experience or transferable would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Yardi would be beneficial.
- Ownership of month end processes is essential.
