Eames Consulting are partnering with a Lloyd's insurer who are looking for a Senior Conduct Risk Specialist to join their London office.
The individual will be supporting the Conduct Risk function and will be overseeing the Consumer Duty Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting product outcome reviews with internal teams.
- Manage Fair Value data exchanges with brokers and the annual Fair Value process.
- Prepare progress reports for the Senior Conduct Risk Compliance Officer.
- Support regulatory reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
- Analyse Conduct Risk data and provide insights via dashboards.
- Assist in implementing objectives related to Complaints and Conduct Risk.
- Liaise with departments on Conduct Risk queries and complete necessary regulatory filings.
The individual will ideally have London insurance market experience.
