  • A leading distributor of closures and containers (plastic and glass) to food and none food sectors. They are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team paying up to £50,000pa depending on experience.

  • As Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of the marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative strategies that captivate audiences. Your ability to think outside the box and stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends will be key in creating captivating content and campaigns that drive customer engagement. You will be part of a 4 people team and be reporting to the European Marketing Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities of the Marketing Executive:

1 Internal communication:

  • Ignite excitement throughout their organization by sharing thrilling updates about the latest happenings at company through a captivating digital newsletter that you'll design and craft in collaboration with all different departments.
  • Step into the role of the sales team's marketing superhero! You'll be their go-to person, ensuring they have all the essential marketing materials they need. From printed and digital catalogues to brochures and product sheets, you'll be responsible for providing them with everything they require to shine.
  • Unleash your organizational prowess and make sure all the local offices are equipped with the necessary marketing tools right on time for both internal and external promotion campaigns. Your attention to detail and efficient coordination will ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.

2 External communications:

  • Use your creative genius to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of groundbreaking marketing campaigns. From ideation to implementation, you'll be instrumental in maximizing lead acquisition and driving conversion rates, taking the brand to new heights of success.
  • Be the driving force behind unforgettable professional trade-fairs. From start to finish, you'll take complete ownership, ensuring that the brand and sales team shine brilliantly, creating lasting memories for all visitors and making their presence truly unforgettable.
  • Make a lasting impact on the target audience by contributing to the creation of compelling content for inbound and outbound campaigns that leaves them hungry for more. Whether it's crafting engaging blog posts, crafting captivating social media updates, or curating captivating newsletters, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing brand awareness and sparking genuine connections with the customers.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to bring the marketing materials to life in visually stunning ways. Your artistic eye and attention to detail will ensure that materials stand out from the competition, leaving potential customers with an unforgettable impression.

Requirements of the Marketing Executive:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Min 8-10 years of proven experience in marketing, communication, advertising, or a similar role, where you successfully executed marketing campaigns and contributed to lead generation in a B2B sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any other European language will be a real asset, with a preference for either German, Spanish or Italian.
  • Relevant experience is exhibition or event management to ensure a great on-site experience for visitors
  • You know exactly how to draft performing mailshots and to set-up automation flows
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, social media management tools, email marketing and automation software.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table and a real eye for details.
  • A self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Passion for marketing and a genuine curiosity to stay ahead of the game in the ever-evolving world of marketing.
  • Willing to regularly travel to different European countries for exhibitions, based on 20% average but can be higher during trade-show periods, usually March-May and September-October.

Salary:

  • Up to £50,000 pa depending on experience.
