We are seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer with proven technical skills - with exceptional experience in most (or, even better.....all) of the following:
- A highly technically minded person who possesses a strong commercial customer focus
- Windows Server 2016 - 2022
- Windows Active Directory
- Microsoft Azure / 0365
- Microsoft Exchange (On premise troubleshooting experience, ideally)
- TCP/IP Networking'
- Experience in supporting multi sited Network environments
- VoIP telephone systems
- Experience of working with distributed networking systems
Oh...and perhaps you might have tinkered around with MAC OSX a little?
Where are we? - South London (Bromley area)
Working week - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (Company is happy to offer some flexibility on this)
Hybrid after qualifying period
