HR Associate Business Partner (3 month Temporary role)
**Location:**Milton Keynes/ Hybrid
Our client is looking for a HR Associate Business Partnerto join their People Servicesteam on a full time 3 month temporary basis.
As HR Associate Business Partner, youwill be responsible for acting as a Senior Adviser and working closely with the People Business Partner, offering support to managers and employees through complex processes or enquiries. You will act as a role model and escalation point for the more complex queries, taking opportunities to share knowledge and build the skills and confidence of the adviser population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide employment law and policy advice to managers and employees, supporting HR processes at the informal stage.
- Promote best practices by providing ER advice and guiding proactive informal resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Org Development team on development interventions and coach management on complex issues.
- Work with People Business Partners to identify concerns, trends, and solutions, and support organizational change programs.
- Assist in organizational design, workforce planning, and address complex cases resulting from changes.
- Support and coach colleagues, demonstrate strong customer service skills, and ensure continuous improvement and personal development.
Skills and experience:
- CIPD qualified to at least level 5 or working towards it.
- Full, up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law.
- Proven experience advising on employment queries, applying procedures proportionately to risks.
- Experience in major organisational change programmes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, using plain English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and varied questioning techniques.
