Senior Finance Analyst – Working Capital
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £competitive + 10% bonus + strong benefits
Work Arrangement: 5 days on-site

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate reporting of debtors and creditors during month-end close.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the outsourced Finance team.
- Collaborate with tax and payroll teams for accurate HMRC submissions.
- Oversee cash balances and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with cash forecasting and support external audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
- Work closely with the Genpact R2R team to ensure timely task completion.
- Support franchise business development managers with debt analysis.
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
What You'll Need
- Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to managing workload and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with SAP and Business Objects.
