THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Support the business with tackling business challenges by conducting deep dive analysis to find the root cause
- Generate great insights and recommendations to better understand the customer base
- Work across various teams like data scientists to support model building and analysis
- Gather data from online and offline channels
- Utilise data visualisation tools like PowerBI to create reports on acquisition campaigns, customer base management, churn propensity etc.
- Always make data-driven decisions
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- SQL experience - querying data, report building, joining tables and large disparate datasets
- Able to create compelling presentations with a commercial focus
- Customer analytics expert - understanding the concept of loyalty, retention churn and CLTV
- Python is a desirable
- Subscription/telecom experience is a big plus!
