Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Account Handler role on behalf of an Insurance broker, based in Manchester.
As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive insurance services to both existing and potential clients. You manage your own clients and collaborate with Account Executives to meet their needs and contribute to our business objectives
Responsibilities:
- Handle new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, queries, premium financing arrangements, and cover note issuance with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures, addressing complaints in accordance with regulations and company policies.
- Conduct learning, training, and assessment exercises as per the applicable T&C scheme, identifying areas for personal development.
- Actively secure renewal business, promote in-house premium finance, and support Account Executives as needed.
- Take responsibility for meeting FCA reporting requirements and perform regular file and sales audits.
Experience Required:
- Commercial broking experience
- Knowledge of most commercial insurance products
- Experience of working as a Senior Account Handler & or Account Executive in a similar broking environment
- Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance
- IT literate with client systems and Microsoft packages
