About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a thriving secondary school in Doncaster, which is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching languages and wants to make a real impact on students' learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will be able to teach French, Spanish, or German across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to excel in their language studies and fostering a love for learning new cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in one or more Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish, or German).
  • Plan, prepare, and assess work to the highest standards.
  • Support the school in maintaining high expectations for behaviour and academic success.
  • Work closely with the languages department to contribute to curriculum development.
  • Encourage and inspire students to achieve their full potential in language learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialism in French, Spanish, or German with the ability to teach across Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Proven experience in a secondary school setting is preferred.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to raising achievement.
  • A passion for languages and the ability to engage students in their studies.
