We are currently in search of a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join a college in Birmingham. This position is available on a temporary or ongoing basis, with both full-time and part-time hours on offer. The ideal candidate will be an individual with a passion for motor vehicles and a drive to educate the next generation of industry professionals.
Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver practical and theoretical lessons in motor vehicle studies.
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum.
Assess student work and provide feedback to facilitate improvement.
Maintain a safe and productive learning environment in both workshop and classroom settings.
Keep accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously develop and improve the motor vehicle program.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A recognised teaching qualification.
A qualification in motor vehicle studies or a related subject area.
Experience in teaching motor vehicle studies or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of motor vehicles.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
