We have a requirement for a strong Project Manager with expertise in the Utilities Industry working on Oracle CC&B/CCS/C2M/MDM projects. You will have run a project of about 10,000 man days and have knowledge of the Oracle products including billing, Meter Data Management and have been on at least 3 projects already. Typically a project is around 3 years in length from start to finish and you will be managing a team of remote staff as well as interfacing with offshore development teams.
You will have credibility and you will be able to help manage the client and the project and be comfortable reporting to the C level. Agile or Waterfall experience as projects will be a mixture of both.
The role will be UK based for the majority of the time, but the client is based in Europe, so travelling to see them on a weekly basis is a must, and you will need to be prepared to travel. Your location is less important.
It is working for a consultancy acting as the SI, so your ability to manage the client must be paramount in your experience.
