The role:

This agency has an unreal record of illuminating the brand presence of their clients, whether that's through a barnstorming event, or creating campaigns across all touch points that move the heart and mind.

In essence, you'll play a lead role in the planning & delivery of international B2B marketing communications campaigns, optimising the client experience, building an understanding of their business objectives and expectations, and ensuring they are met. Acting as the primary liaison between the client and the wider account team, this role is integral to enabling seamless communication and nurturing relationships that foster growth and collaboration.

You will work across key clients, most of which have an international presence, bringing together different projects; including branding, digital, content, PR & social media campaigns, through to events, video & film, and you will absolutely love getting into the hustle & bustle of projects that needs a calm & considered head on their shoulders.

What we're looking for:

This will suit someone who can bring those moments of calm when there's a few plates spinning, all with an air of tact & diplomacy - knowing when to push or sit back. The real key is being able to take the lead on the creation, development, and implementation of B2B campaigns.

You'll need a few years agency experience under your belt and be able to collaborate effectively with different people, both internally & externally. Culture is huge & it will only suit someone who is grounded & approachable and is simply top notch at creating superb client & inter-agency relationships - you will be running their key accounts, with existing and potential clients, leading and owning the main relationships.

People who are working in-house that have a strong lean towards the B2B space will be considered but you must have spent some time in an agency during your career. You'll also need that pragmatic mindset coupled with a sound appreciation of the digital landscape. The martial art of flexible thinking is key to this role, as well being able to tackle complex subjective matters & how to illuminate the presence of brands through innovative campaigns.
