Role Overview:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEND in classroom settings.
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to create inclusive learning environments.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional development.
- Contribute to the overall pastoral care and well-being of students with SEND.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students with SEND is essential.
- A compassionate and patient approach towards supporting students' learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education or related field (desirable but not essential).
