I am recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly buzzy team based in Great Baddow. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn or build on their customer service and problem solving abilities in a busy team environment.

As one of the Service & Complaints Advisor's you will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and have the support of a Department Manager.

Your responsibilities will be varied and you will be assisting customers through their hire experience updating and coordinating the delivery collection and servicing of the products

You will also

  • Work closely with the transport planners in order to ensure customers are getting the service they have been promised
  • Provide clear and concise responses to all enquiries and ensure all information given is correct and accurate
  • Resolve any issues that arise for the customer
  • Provide reactive and proactive support to increase customer retention
  • Ensure all missed calls are followed up, Provide ETAs and servicing history to customers when requested

Due to the rural office location your own transport is essential
