Finance Administrator

Cobalt is working alongside a leading UK Property company, they are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a their team who are based on site at one of their shopping centre assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling the processing of purchase orders and invoices, authorising invoices for payment, and maintaining associated records in compliance with guidelines.
- Supporting the team with detailed analysis, portal queries, property management reporting, and other financial tasks as directed.
- Facilitating order production and coordinating with the central finance team for invoice matching, processing, payments, and addressing intercompany charges and queries.
- Assisting with procurement activities, including supplier setup, contract processing, and adherence to procurement guidelines.
- Contributing to the production of the year-end budget pack by providing analysis and evidence to ensure the successful completion of financial audits.
- Operational tasks such as; answering telephones, dealing with queries, scheduling meetings, dealing with any incoming post, ensuring all tenant communication, newsletters and reports and distributed effectively.
- Being the first point of contact for all occupants, maintaining and building a strong relationship with service partners and stake holders.
Personal Specification:
- Highly efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, Excel and Teams
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good knowledge of financial budgeting and accounting.
- Articulate communicator, exceptional reporting, and customer service skills both verbal and written
- An ability to demonstrate professionalism, discretion and confidentiality always.
