This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join a dynamic team.

**Accounts Receivable ClerkDay-to-day of the role:

  • Efficiently manage the incoming payments and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing system and carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.
  • Facilitate swift payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts.

**Accounts Receivable ClerkRequired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
  • Proficient in relevant accounting software and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with clients.
