My client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of their staff, helping to ensure they continue to deliver exceptional service.
In this role, the Training Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships with training providers to ensure cost-effective courses are available, learning and understanding professional qualification requirements, and reviewing mandatory training assessments. You will assist with setting up training rooms, help with inductions, arrange student bookings, coordinate study dates, and attend university/school fairs to talk to students, parents, and teachers. Additionally, you will coordinate in-house training, arrange and book meetings, and support the L&D Manager with the development of all students and apprentices. Your organisational skills will be essential as you manage appraisals, maintain file records in line with GDPR requirements, and handle day-to-day queries from all levels of staff.
