  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Previous administration experience.

The important work you will do in this role will contribute to the company's collective success. Here is what you can expect day-to-day:

  • Take full ownership of ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulations, making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Handle invoice processing.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors.
  • Oversee legislative responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
