- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous administration experience.

The important work you will do in this role will contribute to the company's collective success. Here is what you can expect day-to-day:
- Take full ownership of ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Handle invoice processing.
- Liaise with clients and contractors.
- Oversee legislative responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
