Venn Group is currently supporting a local authority in London to recruit for two Business Analysts for a Housing Transformation programme.
The work will include operational improvements to the repairs service, complaints management, upgrading the housing management system and more.
Ideally candidates will have experience working in Housing in a local authority or housing association.
The council currently are hybrid working, with 1-2 days a week in the office as the work requires.
IR35 Status: Inside
Rate: £450-500 umbrella
Responsibilities in role:
- Engage with senior stakeholders and operational teams to understand challenges.
- Collate and analyse data to inform on priority areas
- Map current as-is state for areas and processes in scope
- Develop to-be processes and recommendations for future state and how to deliver these improvements.
- Redesign processes and customer journeys to better improve resident experience and service outcomes.
- Interpret business and policy constraints that need to be considered.
