Bodyshop General Manager
- Basic salary up to £75,000 + bonus
- 45 Hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 7.30- 17.00 - Saturdays if business required
- Support staff to achieve and drive the business forwards
- Only Bodyshop Managers with proven track record will be considered
We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop General Manager to join our Client based in Slough.
Working for an Automotive Accident Repair Centre, the successful Bodyshop General Manager will be responsible for looking after all operations of this Bodyshop.
Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop General Manager On Target Earnings of £79,000.
The hours of work for this Bodyshop General Manager role are Monday - Friday, 7.30- 17.00 - Saturdays if business required.
Bodyshop General Manager Person Specification
- Previous Accident Repair Centre experience in a similar role is essential
- ATA or IMI Level 3 in vehicle damage assessment is a plus, but not mandatory
- Audatex experience is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong team motivation skills
- Full UK driving license
The responsibilities of this Bodyshop General Manager role are
- Support all site staff to achieve and improve
- Efficiently manage the site and look to drive the business forwards
- Follow processes to meet quality and efficiency goals
- Collaborate to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide backup support for the Estimator (VDA) and Quality Control in the absence of the Workshop Controller
