Job title: Receptionist
Pay rate: £11.60 an hour
Location: Aberdeen, AB21 area
Contract: Temp to perm, 22/07/24 - 27/10/24, Monday - Friday, 0900-1700
Job description:
- Acknowledge all client inquiries and resolve in a professional courteous manner
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Follow instructions, write short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance
- Operate the main reception. Booking in visitors and informing hosts of their arrival
Essential skills:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Uk Drving licences, also open to getting a forklift licence.
