We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our client.
Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal vacancies across various functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Technical, and Support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding recruitment-related queries, assisting with role profile creation and job ad postings.
- HR based project work
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an In-House recruiter role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to be an ambassador for the company and our values.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with experience in process improvements.
- Organised with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn recruitment functionality, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A professional approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
