Part-Time Temporary 27.5 hour week

Office Based

Mon-Fri (9am - 2.30pm)

Great opportunity for an Enquiries Coordinator to manage long term and short break occupancy enquiries along with incoming enquiries and providing regular reports.

You will reach a broad audience of potential users via a range of professionals and community organisations

Key Responsibilities as Enquiries Coordinator:

Marketing and administration:

  • Manage all potential enquiries across different channels throughout all stages
  • Meet and greet interested parties.
  • Ensure the enquiry management system is kept up to date with timely, accurate information
  • Manage and keep up to date the pipeline of potential new clients and when they are likely to become permanent
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports, as requested, demonstrating occupancy activity
  • Identify and maintain a programme of proactive approaches to community groups, organisations and individuals that promote the services offered by the client helping to drive occupancy numbers
  • Organise, run and attend community events and meetings that generate interest in the clients services, including regular open days
  • Maintain and update a log of all marketing activity that is shared regularly with the Manager and Senior Marketing Manager
  • Ensure anyone enquiring about the client has an outstanding experience whether it be via phone, online or post
  • Deliver clear and impactful messaging of the services offered through a range of methods including face to face meetings and over the phone
  • Liaise with the clients Manager, and other members of staff involved in occupancy and admissions management
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team ensuring they are kept up to date on occupancy levels so they can provide promotional support when required

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in either a sales or marketing role an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in person, over the telephone and via email
  • Administration and organisational skills
  • IT proficient
  • Confident with MS Office and using databases
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Reliable, professional manner
  • Confident and calm under pressure
  • Enjoys a collaborative approach to projects
