Role Responsibilities
- Audit Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audits for a variety of clients, ensuring all audit work is carried out to the highest standards
- Accounts Preparation: Prepare financial statements and management accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Client Interaction: Liaise directly with clients, building strong relationships and providing them with exceptional service
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior auditors and accountants, contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting junior staff members
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in audit and accounting standards, applying this knowledge to your work and helping to improve processes within the team

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in an audit or accounts role within an accountancy firm, with a solid understanding of audit and accounting principles
- Qualifications: Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or AAT, with full study support provided to help you achieve your qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
- Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team, as well as manage your own workload independently
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard
