We are currently partnered with a leading Cloud Host & MSP looking for a junior 3rd Line Engineer to join their expert service desk that provides support to over 150 customers. Based in a state of the art office in Bristol, this leading MSP is going through a period of rapid growth and is looking to expand the team accordingly.
The Role:
This position would be ideal for a 2nd Line engineer looking to step into a hybrid 2nd/3rd line role on the service desk. You would act as the key escalation point for 1st and 2nd level engineers and be a subject matter expert on all things networking, servers and Azure Cloud. Providing effective and efficient support whilst always priotising excellent customer service is of the paramount importance.
Experience Required:
- 4 years IT Support experience (Ideally in an MSP environment)
- Office 365
- Azure
- HDI stack
- Networking topologies such as TCP/IP, VPN's, WAN, LAN, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, Routers.
- Active Directory
- Experience with Email Migrations.
