I am currently recruiting for a well established yet growing business based in Farringdon who are looking for two Customer Service Executive to join the team.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Looking after the customer experience journey for a number of client accounts
- Resolve customer queries and deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
- Customer order management while maintaining accurate customer within the CRM
- Provide customers with order information updates while working with departments cross-functionally
As the Customer Service Executive, you will have the following experience:
- Degree qualified (straight out of University and/or some work experience)
- Strong communication skills over the phone and email
- Relationship nurturing mindset when providing customer service
