This is a 6 month contract position to provide admin support to the warehouse manager across facilities & inventory for all sites within our group.

Description
This role will require the appropriate monitoring and scheduling of facilities requests from various stakeholders in the business, equally communicating with external contractors to find the suitable solution for us
In terms of tools inventory, this will require a high level of detail and efficient system processes to ensure we stay compliant across the various teams that use tools & equipment. This will involve speaking directly with field engineers and supervisors to ensure tools are returned to site for servicing/calibrations. This will also require organising for equipment to be sent back to suppliers.
Key Result Areas:
- Ensure we feedback facilities requests within 24hrs
- Close liaison with various Teams & management across the business
- Implement improvements to our process
- Maintain trackers to ensure we are compliant at all times
- Safeguard our tools and equipment using our system
Profile
Relevant Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience working in an admin role with a medium sized operation. (essential)
Facilities experience is desirable for a quick start.
