Position: Part-Time Real Estate Client & Sponsorship Manager
Location: Remote, UK-based
Hours: 2-3 hours per week
Salary: £12.50 - £15 per hour (depending on experience)
Company Overview:
Our client is relaunching a YouTube channel previously known as Home and Away Jamaica, rebranded to focus on real estate content across the globe, targeting a growing audience primarily from the USA and Jamaica. With 2,600+ subscribers, consistent monthly growth, and prior monetization, this channel offers real estate companies an incredible opportunity for exposure through our free promotional series. Our client aims to produce 10-12 high-quality episodes per series, working with leading real estate companies to showcase their properties and expertise.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and well-organized individual to approach real estate companies and secure their participation in our series. In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, drafting sponsorship proposals, and securing sponsorship deals.
Responsibilities:
- Source real estate companies to appear in the series.
- Draft and manage contracts for video content, outlining the rights and requirements for companies.
- Explain the type of content required, collect video materials, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Create sponsorship proposals and secure sponsorship deals for episodes or full series.
- Build and manage relationships with real estate companies and sponsors.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with their participation and handle any follow-up communication.
Requirements:
- Graduate-level education (preferably in marketing, media, or real estate).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with clients.
- Experience drafting contracts and negotiating deals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and creative mindset for securing sponsorship deals and partnerships.
- A passion for real estate and media is a plus.
