ABOUT YOU
- Background in retail sales, telesales, or customer service
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven
- Confident with MS Office and comfortable using tech
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, positive, and goal-oriented
- Experienced in consultative sales and providing exceptional customer service
SALES CONSULTANT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Focus
- Drive Sales Growth: Promote products and services to boost sales and meet targets.
- Convert Leads: Turn potential leads into loyal customers.
- Upsell Services: Inform customers about add-ons like enhanced liability cover.
- Merchandise Sales: Suggest useful merchandise to maximise customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Excellence
- Exceed Expectations: Deliver top-notch customer service, encouraging others to do the same.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure outstanding service across all channels – face-to-face, phone, and email.
- Listen & Advise: Understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions.
- Follow Up: Handle enquiries diligently, maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
Operations Support
- Oversee security monitoring and routine admin tasks
- Manage accounts, invoicing, and collections with precision
- Keep accurate customer records, produce financial reports, and assist in banking
- Support team organisation, task delegation, and staff training
