**Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer service and communications
- Developing straightforward and flexible processes for all aspects of customer service
- Utilizing our automation and technology to enhance the role
- Adhering to strict service levels and being accountable for your tasks
- Delivering high levels of customer service during installations and aftercare
- Keeping customers updated throughout their journey
- Communicating with a resolve-immediately attitude

- Confident, independent, structured, accurate, and reliable
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive and a fast learner
- Hands-on mentality
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude, always finding creative and pragmatic solutions
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs & Sheets)
- Experience with CRM software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
