Our client, a leading IT consulting company, are seeking a talented and dedicated CRM Project Manager to join their team. As the CRM Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of several of their CRM based projects, overseeing the project pipelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to their clients.

Key Responsibilities for the CRM Project Manager:

  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Lead or support squads throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
  • Facilitate CRM methodologies amongst the project teams for efficient project delivery.
  • Effectively utilising Jira to manage the CRM projects.
  • Facilitate cross-training of team members to enhance skill sets and promote collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on CRM based solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.

As the CRM Project Manager you must have:

  • Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle CRM programmes, ideally Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong knowledge in Scrum methodologies, and ideally have a SCRUM Master certification
  • Agile/Waterfall experience
  • Jira project management tool
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or support squads from project initiation to delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
