Our client, a leading IT consulting company, are seeking a talented and dedicated CRM Project Manager to join their team. As the CRM Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of several of their CRM based projects, overseeing the project pipelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to their clients.

Key Responsibilities for the CRM Project Manager:
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Lead or support squads throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
- Facilitate CRM methodologies amongst the project teams for efficient project delivery.
- Effectively utilising Jira to manage the CRM projects.
- Facilitate cross-training of team members to enhance skill sets and promote collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on CRM based solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
As the CRM Project Manager you must have:
- Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle CRM programmes, ideally Salesforce CRM.
- Strong knowledge in Scrum methodologies, and ideally have a SCRUM Master certification
- Agile/Waterfall experience
- Jira project management tool
- Demonstrated ability to lead or support squads from project initiation to delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
