Salary: Main Pay Scale 1 (MPS1) - Upper Pay Scale 3 (UPS3)

GCSE Performance: 62% A-C for 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 and above

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons to students at the secondary level
- Support students' progress and attainment in Mathematics
- Contribute to the overall improvement of Mathematics teaching within the school
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies
- Participate in departmental meetings and school-wide initiatives
- Provide feedback on students' work and participate in assessment and reporting processes
Requirements:
- Clear evidence of successful secondary teaching experience up to September 2024
- Understanding of effective teaching principles
- Ability to motivate, engage, and progress pupils from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with teaching Mathematics at various levels
- Excellent subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Commitment to continuous professional development
