Insight Analyst and Reporting Officer

The role

Are you passionate about extracting valuable insights from data and transforming them into actionable reports? Do you possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills?
If so, we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team as an Insight Analyst and Reporting Officer, supporting the delivery of insight programmes and operational decision-making by collecting, interpreting and presenting data to help us understand trends.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams, support organisational policy development and work on a variety of key projects that are part of our insight programmes. Office attendance is currently expected between 1-2 times per month, however this may change in line with the needs of the team.

This role is subject to a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of our pre-employment due diligence.

The successful applicant will:

  • Analyse data, develop meaningful insights and present analysis findings to support organisational priorities and inform operational practice and strategy.
  • Write up and present insight reports, explaining in clear English what our analysis is telling us, for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement whilst supporting learning across the organisation by providing guidance and support to colleagues, whilst supporting the delivery of analysis skills training.
  • Work collaboratively with all colleagues and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and assist in commissioning reliable and robust research and evaluations to help us meet our strategic aims.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, statistical and analytical skills, as well as strong report writing skills with an ability to plan for multiple projects.
