Finance Manager – Luxury Interior Design Company
Location: Stockbridge, Hampshire, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Salary: Up to £55,000 Plus fantastic benefits

Are you a qualified finance professional with a passion for luxury and design? I'm currently working with an exceptional interior design company that's on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join their dynamic, fast paced, growing team. The Role:
In this role, you'll be the financial backbone of the company, ensuring everything from budgeting to financial reporting is managed with the same attention to detail that the business applies to its design work. You'll report directly to senior management, offering key insights that will influence the strategic direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Preparing and delivering financial reports to senior leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Conducting financial analysis to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Managing external relationships with auditors, banks, and HMRC to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Implementing and maintaining robust internal financial controls.
- Leading and mentoring a small finance team.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in a finance role, ideally within the luxury, design, or creative industries.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-makers.
