: £30,000 - £35,000 + performance bonus

About the Role:

My client is seeking a versatile and knowledgeable Technology Engineer to join their dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support

: Handle calls and emails, providing expert advice and resolving issues promptly.

Customer Engagement

: Arrange visits and coordinate work schedules for customers.

Hardware Maintenance

: Repair and service a wide range of hardware and systems.

Onsite Problem-Solving

: Address and resolve technical issues directly at client sites.

System Installation

: Install and configure various IT, networking, security, and audio-visual systems.

Office Upkeep

: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe office environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of IT and networking fundamentals.

Adaptability:

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and services.

Educational Background:

A good standard of secondary education, including GCSEs in English and Mathematics or equivalent.

Communication Skills:

Experience in dealing with a wide range of people both in person and over the phone.

Industry Experience

: Previous experience in a similar industry is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.

Additional Information:

Flexibility

: Due to the nature of our work and client demands, occasional extended hours may be required.

Travel

: Short periods of travel and stay-aways may be necessary, with a weekend bonus scheme available.
